How to Update Titan to the Latest Version

Introduction

Keeping your Titan software up-to-date is essential to ensure optimal performance and access to the latest features. If you're running an older version and need to upgrade, follow this simple guide to complete the process step by step.

1. Download the Latest Version
• Click on this Google Drive link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1cnnzThVWIzgteKEvlHpGIN170xkfEZ8d
• In the Drive folder, open the 'Latest Versions Titan X/AC' folder and locate the latest version (e.g., Titan X 23.89).
• Click on the three dots (More Actions) in the top-right corner and select Download.
• The downloaded file will appear as a ZIP file.
  
  
2. Install on MT5
• Open the file in the Downloads folder, right-click on it, and copy.
• Open the MT5, then click on File>Open Data Folder>MQL5>Experts
• Paste the Titan X version in this folder.
  
  
3. Refresh the Expert Advisors List
• Go back to MT5.
• Right-click on the Expert Advisors section in the Navigator panel.
• Click Refresh.
• The new Titan version will now appear.
  
  
4. Load the Updated Titan
• Drag the updated Titan file (e.g., Titan X 23.89) onto your chart.
• Remember to load your strategy set file from the Leaderboard in the 'Inputs' tab by clicking 'Load'.
• Next, go to the 'Common' tab and make sure the Allow Algo Trading box is checked.

5. Verify the Update
• Once Titan's loaded on the chart, you should see the new version number displaying on the upper right-hand corner of the chart, and the name of the strategy appearing in the info box on the chart (upper left-hand side of the chart).
  NOTE: If you see a message on the chart saying, 'No signal filter enabled', this means the set file of the strategy was not loaded correctly. In which case, you can double-click on the hat icon on the chart to open the settings window again (Inputs) and try again.
• The icon (hat) should turn blue, indicating that Algo Trading is active and the update was successful.
