No Guarantee of Performance or Funding
Blue Edge Financial’s products are designed to assist traders (“you;” “users”) in analyzing investment markets in securities, options, contracts for difference, commodity futures instruments, currencies (“Forex”), crypto currencies and other digital assets, or other investments, (collectively “Securities,” and each a “Security”) and executing investment strategies. We do not guarantee your successful completion of any proprietary trading firm (“prop firm”) evaluation or challenge, your account’s performance, or your funding by such prop firm. Your account’s performance depends on numerous factors outside of our control, including market conditions and the specific rules of each prop firm. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all prop firm rules and requirements. Our products may include features designed to facilitate hedging of trades, offsetting of positions, or other risk-management functions. These features are not guaranteed to achieve profit, loss recovery, or regulatory compliance with any prop firm’s rules. Hedge trades may result in losses, additional transaction costs, or disqualification from certain evaluation or challenge programs. It is the user’s responsibility to understand the implications of hedging and to determine whether such strategy is permitted by the applicable prop firm.

Securities and Investing Disclosures
Securities investing and/or implementing trading strategies may result in large potential rewards, but also large potential risks. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them to invest in Securities. Don’t invest or trade with money you can’t afford to lose. Blue Edge Financial does not provide Securities trading advice based on, or tailored to, the Securities or cash market positions or other circumstances or characteristics of it users, nor does Blue Edge Financial direct any user accounts. Blue Edge Financial does not represent that any user account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses like any model portfolio, scenario, past performance data or any other data provided by us. The past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results. All trades, patterns, charts, systems, etc., discussed, used as an example, or presented by us are for illustrative purposes only and are not to be construed as specific investment advice or recommendations. Information provided by us or contained on our website and within our services are intended for informational purposes only.
Forex Trading. Trading and investment in Forex instruments is highly speculative, involves an extreme degree of risk, and is generally appropriate only for persons who can assume risk of loss more than their margin deposit with a Forex trader. Price changes in Forex investments may result in significant losses. Such losses may substantially exceed a user’s investment and, if applicable, margin deposit. You understand that any profit or loss arising as a result of a fluctuation in the exchange rate affecting any currency will be entirely for your trading account and risk, all initial and subsequent deposits for margin purposes shall be made in such amounts as your Forex trader may in its sole discretion require, and Forex traders are authorized to convert funds in your account for margin into and from foreign currencies at a rate of exchange determined by your Forex trader in its sole discretion. All Blue Edge Financial members must be willing and able, financially and otherwise, to assume the risk of their Forex trading, and Blue Edge Financial is not responsible for any losses you may incur. Profits or freedom from losses are not guaranteed and it is impossible to predict the performance of any account in trading Forex instruments. Blue Edge Financial provides no guarantees to users regarding Forex trades. Users must understand that all Forex transactions effected for their account(s) and all fluctuations in the market prices of the Forex contracts carried in their account(s) shall be at their risk, and they shall be solely liable therefore under all circumstances. Blue Edge Financial and its representatives are not responsible or liable for delays in or the partial or total failure of any online (electronic) trading platform or any communications facility or other causes beyond Blue Edge Financial’s reasonable direct control.
Futures. Futures (standardized contracts to exchange a specific commodity or financial instrument at a predetermined price on a future date, traded on regulated exchanges) involve high risk. The amount of the initial margin is low compared to the value of the Futures contract, making such transactions “leveraged” such that a relatively small market movement has a proportionately larger impact on the funds that you may deposit or have to pay, which can work both for and against you. You may experience the total loss of the initial margin funds as well as any additional funds that you deposit for your Futures trade. If the Futures market develops in a way that is contrary to your position or if margins are increased, your account may be negative, requiring you to pay significant additional funds beyond your initial investment on short notice to maintain your position.
Hypothetical Results Disclosure
Hypothetical or simulated performance results provided by Blue Edge Financial on its website and through its services have many inherent limitations, with frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over- compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program despite the trading losses are material points, which can also adversely affect trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the market in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all of which can adversely affect actual trading results.
Commodity Interest Disclosure
The risk of loss in trading commodity interests can be substantial. You should therefore carefully consider whether such trading is suitable for you considering your financial condition. In considering whether to trade or to authorize someone else to trade for you, you should be aware of the following:
If you purchase a commodity option, you may sustain a total loss of the premium and of all transaction costs.
If you purchase or sell a commodity futures contract or sell a commodity option or engage in off-exchange foreign currency trading, you may sustain a total loss of the initial margin funds or security deposit and any additional funds that you deposit with your broker to establish or maintain your position. If the market moves against your position, you may be called upon by your broker to deposit a substantial amount of additional margin funds, on short notice, to maintain your position. If you do not provide the requested funds within the prescribed time, your position may be liquidated at a loss, and you will be liable for any resulting deficit in your account.
Under certain market conditions, you may find it difficult or impossible to liquidate a position. This can occur, for example, when the market makes a “limit move.”
The placement of contingent orders by you or your trading advisor, such as a “stop-loss” or “stop-limit” order, will not necessarily limit your losses to the intended amounts, since market conditions may make it impossible to execute such orders. A “spread” position may not be less risky than a simple “long” or “short” position.
The high degree of leverage that is often obtainable in commodity interest trading can work against you as well as for you. The use of leverage can lead to large losses as well as gains. In some cases, managed commodity accounts are subject to substantial charges for management and advisory fees. It may be necessary for those accounts that are subject to these charges to make substantial trading profits to avoid depletion or exhaustion of their assets. You should request a complete description of each fee to be charged to your account by the commodity trading advisor.
You should also be aware that a commodity trading advisor may engage in trading foreign futures or options contracts. Transactions on markets located outside the United States, including markets formally linked to a United States market, may be subject to regulations that offer different or diminished protection. Further, United States regulatory authorities may be unable to compel the enforcement of the rules of regulatory authorities or markets in non–United States jurisdictions where your transactions may be effected. Before you trade, you should inquire about any rules relevant to your contemplated transactions and ask the firm with which you intend to trade for details about the types of redress available in both your local and other relevant jurisdictions.
Note that this brief statement cannot disclose all the risks and other significant aspects of the commodity interest markets.
