I can’t connect my broker account to my MT4

The first thing I would check is that you are inputting all of the right information. Make sure you are using the correct broker account number. Sometimes people accidentally input the live broker account number instead of the demo account number or vice versa. Make sure you are using the correct password and typing it in correctly. Also, make sure you have chosen your broker and whether or not it is a demo or live account.

If you have double checked all of this, the next best thing to do is to reset your broker account password as that must be the problem if your account number is correct and you have your broker chosen correctly.
