I have a frowny/sad face on my chart. What do I do to fix it?
First of all, check to make sure "Allow Live Trading" is checked in the common tab of the software settings. To do this, simply click on the frowny face, and check the box under the common tab. Then click on "Ok" to save the change.
After that, just make sure that you have auto trading turned "on" or "green" like in the image below.
