Why isn't Titan taking any trades?

Why isn't Titan taking any trades?

First, please note that the Forex Market is open from 5pm EST Sunday - 5pm EST Friday. Outside of these times the market is closed and your software will not trade and it may even appear to be frozen since the market is closed.

That being said, even during normal trading hours the software won't always trade. Please understand, this is normal! This is a trading software that is actually powered by Artificial Intelligence! So it doesn't always take trades. It all depends on the market conditions and if it sees an opportunity to take a trade(s) or not. For this reason it can actually take up to 24 hours to take a new trade from what we've seen.

If you've waited longer than 24 hours or you're not sure if your software is setup correctly please double check the list of items below :

1. Please login to your VPS and
see the image below to double check you have things set up correctly.

Also as part of the setup process, make sure you've validated your MT4 account number in your client area (see images below).

To do this simply click on "Edit Account Account Details"..

Then enter your MT4 account number in the appropriate field..

Then scroll to the bottom and click SAVE!

2. The second most common issue has to do with SPREAD. This is very important to understand! If you are not using LQDFX as your broker, please view the video below to understand how your broker's spread could seriously affect your trading results with Titan (for better or for worse).

3. Finally you may need to check your journal tab. To locate the journal tab please see the image below :

If you see the [Trade is disabled] error, there's are a few things that could cause this :

First, it could be that you logged into your MT4 terminal using your investor password (instead of your master password). You can message your broker to double check that you're using the correct password.

Second, if you're using a live account, it could be that your account has not yet been verified and approved for trading. (Most brokers require you to provide some sort of ID and proof of residence). It usually takes some time to get approved. You can message your broker to double check if you've been approved yet or not.

Finally, if neither of these issues are the cause, you may just need to create a new trading account and try logging into your MT4 terminal again with the new account number and password. This should do the trick!
