Titan G27 September Performance Review & Titan X Tool 3.0 Release!

September G27 Update :

Generally this month did not yield significant profits for most traders (depending on your lot sizes) and still has some way to recover to its previous high. 

The first 2 weeks of September were slow and we got into some continued drawdown from the last 2 weeks of August. In the last 2 weeks of September however,  there were some good trends across USD, JPY, GBP and XAU and we were able to ride some good profit.

Moving forward, with US election coming soon, we should expect to see more volatility in the market. As we saw with with Covid 19 previously or any other high volatility events, higher volatility will translate into both larger profit and loss in our trading. So keep in mind the max drawdown can exceed that of the backtest. So, we should psychologically prepare for potentially higher drawdown as always, just like previous risky market environments. 

On the other hand, G27 is designed to achieve superior risk adjusted return when the market gives extended moves, so we may also gain higher profit across both FX and XAU in a more volatile environment like many other backtested black swan events in the past (Brexit, US election 2016, GFC 2008, Covid19).

Update on development, we will work on improvements on GBPNZD with better data in the next several weeks.  The objective is to further improve on long term robustness and statistical reliability. 

Finally, as always, know your risk, keep a long term perspective and trade with an edge. Let's hope for a profitable October!
